These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the V'Toria Rhonda Vineyard & Winery Ltd. website (vtoriarhondawinery.com) and any orders, bookings or inquiries made through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

This website contains information about, and offers for sale, alcoholic beverages. You must be of legal drinking age in your country or territory of residence (18 years or older in Trinidad & Tobago) to browse product pages, place an order, or book a tasting or event with us. We reserve the right to request proof of age at the point of delivery, pickup, or on arrival at our tasting room, and to refuse service where age cannot be verified.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe our wines, wine jellies and chocolate wine bars, including tasting notes, pairings and imagery. Vintages, labels and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown online. Products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product line at any time.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices listed are in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TT$) and are subject to change without notice. Submitting an order or inquiry through this website (including via the cart or contact forms) is a request to purchase, not a confirmed sale — our team will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing and delivery or pickup arrangements before payment is collected.

4. Bookings & Events

Tasting room bookings and private events (birthday celebrations, bridal showers, anniversaries and corporate events) are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once availability is verified by our events team. A deposit may be required to secure larger private bookings; this will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, label artwork, logos and the V'Toria Rhonda name and crest — is the property of V'Toria Rhonda Vineyard & Winery Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

V'Toria Rhonda Vineyard & Winery Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
