Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be genuinely happy with every bottle, jar and bar you order from us. Because our products are consumable and alcohol-related, our returns policy is necessarily limited — please read below, and reach out directly if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.

1. Product Orders

Due to the consumable nature of wine, wine jelly and chocolate products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered or collected. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vtoriarhondawinery.com with your order details and a photo where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

2. Order Cancellations

Since orders placed through this website are confirmed directly with our team (not processed automatically), you may cancel or amend your order any time before we confirm and schedule delivery or pickup, at no charge. Once an order has been prepared for delivery or collection, it can no longer be cancelled.

3. Tasting Room & Event Bookings

• Standard tastings: may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation.
• Private events (birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events): cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit, as we reserve staff, space and inventory on your behalf.
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.

4. Wine Club Membership

You may pause, skip or cancel your V'Toria's Wine Club membership at any time ahead of your next quarterly billing date by contacting us directly. Quarterly boxes that have already been prepared or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

5. Wholesale & Trade Orders

Returns and cancellations for wholesale or trade orders are governed by the terms agreed in your individual trade agreement or purchase order. Please contact your trade representative directly.
